This experiential workshop focuses on bringing joy, tranformation and healing to our inner being through tiny practices that we can do every day, with eyes open and alongside our work.
NCI is offering this experiential workshop in collaboration with Peoples First, that focuses on bringing joy through simple practices that we can do every day, to heal and transform parts of our inner being.
The eight one-hour sessions begin on February 23 at 7:30 PM CST, and continue each Wednesday through April 13.
Facilitated by Arul Dev
Arul Dev is the author of the books “The Flame Within” and “Into Great Depth of Your Being”. His life’s works are offerings towards being a catalyst for “Invisible Creative Manifestations” in Individuals, Organizations and Institutions.
Combined with his innate and intuitive capacity to spot the core in individuals and the collective, Arul has experientially researched, developed and successfully implemented unique Coaching frameworks and methodologies. His work has supported Business Leaders, Organizations, Students, Teachers and Parents to discover their True Inner Core and pursue Aspirations aligned to it.
Through his coaching interventions, Arul enables leaders to sense and spot culture, resonance and inspiration in their teams, leading to productive, happy and engaged teams.
Arul’s offering of Inner Practices as an integral part of his coaching and transformation work is a result of several years of Sadhana (Inner Work) that is centered on Inner Calm and the Poise within.
He is a Guest faculty at IIT Madras for the Self-Awareness courses since 2011. He is the key facilitator for the ‘Coaching with Depth’ program.
With a child-like exuberance and an affable, yet encompassing presence, Arul is on a mission to enable the “Collective” realize their Innermost Potential and shine through, manifesting their Core.
